Client Cancellation Rights

Before Work Commencement

If you wish to cancel before any work has begun:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund (100%)
  • 24 hours to 7 days after payment: 80% refund
  • 7 to 14 days after payment: 50% refund
  • After 14 days from payment: No refund

After Work Commencement

Once work has started on your project:

  • No refunds for completed portions of work
  • Partial refund may be considered for uncompleted work
  • Administrative fee of 20% of total project cost applies
  • Completed deliverables will be provided upon payment for rendered services

Techily Fly's Cancellation Rights

Techily Fly reserves the right to cancel services under certain circumstances:

Grounds for Cancellation

We may cancel services if:

  • Client fails to make payments as agreed
  • Client provides false or misleading information
  • Client requests illegal or unethical services
  • Client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days
  • Client breaches terms of the service agreement
  • Force majeure events prevent service delivery
  • Technical limitations make project completion impossible

Cancellation Notice

When Techily Fly initiates cancellation:

  • Written notice will be provided via email
  • Reason for cancellation will be clearly stated
  • Grace period of 7 days may be provided for issue resolution
  • Partial refund may be offered based on work completed

Cancellation Process

Client-Initiated Cancellation

To cancel your services:

  1. Send a written cancellation request to TechilyFly@gmail.com
  2. Include your full name, project details, and reason for cancellation
  3. Specify the cancellation date if different from request date
  4. Wait for confirmation from our team within 48 hours
  5. Follow instructions for any outstanding payments or deliverables

Company-Initiated Cancellation

When Techily Fly cancels services:

  1. Written notice will be sent to your registered email
  2. Clear explanation and documentation will be provided
  3. Options for project recovery may be offered
  4. Final settlement of any financial obligations will be calculated
  5. Timeline for service cessation will be clearly communicated

Service-Specific Cancellation Terms

Website Development Projects

  • Design phase cancellations: Up to 60% refund available
  • Development phase cancellations: Up to 30% refund available
  • Testing phase cancellations: No refund available
  • Completed website projects: Non-refundable

Digital Marketing Services

  • Monthly services: Cancel with 30 days notice
  • Campaign-based services: Pro-rated refund for unused period
  • Setup fees: Non-refundable after campaign launch
  • Ad spend refunds: Subject to platform policies

Video Production and Filming

  • Pre-production cancellations: Up to 70% refund available
  • Production phase cancellations: No refund for booked resources
  • Post-production cancellations: Up to 40% refund for uncompleted work
  • Completed videos: Non-refundable

AI and Automation Services

  • Consultation phase: 80% refund within 48 hours
  • Implementation phase: Pro-rated refund based on progress
  • Custom development: Non-refundable after code delivery
  • Subscription services: Cancel with 30 days notice

Milestone-Based Cancellations

For projects with multiple milestones:

  • Each milestone is treated independently for cancellation purposes
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Current milestone cancellations calculated based on completion percentage
  • Future milestones are fully refundable if canceled

Payment Processing for Cancellations

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests processed within 7-14 business days
  • Payment processor fees may be deducted from refunds
  • Original payment method will be used for refunds
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear

Outstanding Balances

  • Any outstanding payments for completed work must be settled
  • Deliverables will be released upon final payment
  • Late payment penalties may apply as per agreement terms
  • Payment plans may be arranged for large outstanding balances

Intellectual Property Considerations

Upon Cancellation

  • Completed work may be delivered after full payment
  • Partial work may not be usable without completion
  • Client retains rights to fully paid deliverables
  • Techily Fly retains rights to reusable components

Third-Party Services

  • Third-party licenses are non-refundable
  • Domain names remain client property if fully paid
  • Hosting services subject to provider cancellation policies
  • Software subscriptions follow vendor terms

Emergency Cancellations

Client Emergencies

In cases of genuine emergencies:

  • Documentation may be required
  • Enhanced refund terms may be considered
  • Project pause options may be offered
  • Future service credits may be provided

Company Emergencies

If Techily Fly faces emergency situations:

  • Immediate notification will be provided
  • Alternative arrangements will be offered
  • Partial refunds may be provided for interrupted services
  • Service continuation options will be explored

Cancellation Communication

All cancellation requests must include:

  • Full legal name of the requesting party
  • Project name or invoice number
  • Specific services to be canceled
  • Effective cancellation date
