Please note that digital services, including but not limited to website development, video production, digital marketing, and AI automation services, are subject to specific refund considerations due to their intangible nature and the intellectual property involved.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Before Work Commencement
If a client cancels a project before any work has begun:
- Full refund (100%) may be provided if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment
- 80% refund if cancellation occurs between 24 hours and 7 days of payment
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 7 days and 14 days of payment
- No refund for cancellations after 14 days from payment date
After Work Commencement
Once work has commenced on your project:
- No refunds for the portion of work that has been completed
- Partial refund may be considered for uncompleted portions of the project
- Refund amount will be calculated based on work completed vs. total project scope
- Admin fees (20% of total project cost) may apply to all post-commencement refunds
Quality Issues
If you believe there are quality issues with delivered work:
- We will first attempt to address concerns through revisions
- Refunds may be considered if work fundamentally doesn't meet agreed specifications
- All quality concerns must be documented in writing within 7 days of delivery
- Techily Fly reserves the right to demonstrate that deliverables meet agreed standards
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Consultation fees and strategy sessions
- Domain names and hosting services (subject to provider policies)
- Third-party software licenses or subscriptions
- Completed work that meets agreed specifications
- Services rendered beyond the agreed revision limits
- Additional work requested outside the original scope
- Services delayed due to client-provided content or feedback delays
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Send a written refund request to TechilyFly@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Project name or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Any supporting documentation
Step 2: Review Period
Once we receive your request:
- We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
- Our team will review your request within 7 business days
- We may request additional information or clarification
- We may offer alternative solutions before processing a refund
Step 3: Decision and Processing
After review:
- You will receive our decision in writing
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Payment processor fees may be deducted from refund amounts
Service Modifications and Credits
Instead of cash refunds, we may offer:
- Credit for future services (valid for 12 months)
- Service modifications or alternatives
- Additional revisions or improvements
- Upgraded service packages
Project Milestones and Partial Deliverables
For projects with multiple milestones:
- Refunds are calculated per completed milestone
- Each milestone is considered a separate deliverable
- Completed milestones are non-refundable unless quality issues are proven
- Uncompleted milestones may be eligible for partial refund
Force Majeure and External Factors
Techily Fly is not liable for refunds in cases of:
- Client bankruptcy or insolvency
- Changes in client business circumstances
- Third-party service failures beyond our control
- Acts of nature, war, or government actions
- Industry-wide technical issues or outages
Digital Product Refunds
For digital products (templates, presets, etc.):
- 7-day refund window from purchase date
- Products must be unused and unmodified
- Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed
- Technical issues will be resolved before considering refunds
Subscription Services
For recurring subscription services:
- Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions
- Service access continues until the end of the paid period
- Downgrades may be processed with prorated adjustments
Client Cooperation Requirements
Refund eligibility requires:
- Timely provision of required materials and feedback
- Adherence to agreed communication channels and timelines
- Reasonable response times (within 48-72 hours)
- Professional conduct throughout the project
Projects significantly delayed due to client non-cooperation may not be eligible for refunds.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- Provide additional evidence or documentation
- Request a review by a senior manager
- Consider mediation through a neutral third party
- Final decisions rest with Techily Fly management
Policy Changes
Techily Fly reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy applicable to your purchase will be the one in effect at the time of your transaction.
